Why is the roundabout, dual carriageway central reservation etc as overgrown as it has ever been ? Could BEAR Scotland be waiting to release tigers, bears etc or is Fife Council preparing to present visitors to the Open with an image of Fife as the 'wilderness of the East'? Either way the whole impression is shambolic.
